Some parts impressed, others didn’t
The staff showed exceptional care, making every guest feel valued. The breakfast and afternoon tea options were delightful and plentiful. The rooftop bar offered a fantastic escape with stunning views.
The pool area felt cramped due to limited seating, which reduced privacy for guests. Also, the room slippers raised cleanliness concerns as they seemed used rather than freshly wrapped.

Our family had an amazing time at the hotel! The staff felt like family, always there to guide us on what to see and recommend local eateries. The rooftop bar was a blast, and we loved the comfortable room after exploring the nearby Nguyen Hue Walking Street.
My kids wished for a bigger pool area for splashing around.

The rooftop area offers stunning views of the city skyline, creating a great atmosphere to unwind. The location is central, within walking distance of local attractions and dining spots, making it easy to explore.
Our stay in the Executive Deluxe Room was marred by a leaking bathroom that left the floor dangerously wet after each shower, which was concerning. The rooftop pool looked much larger in the photos. in reality, it's quite small with limited seating that felt crowded. Breakfast lacked a decent coffee machine, prompting us to skip the hotel meal for nearby cafes that many seemed to prefer. Also, the age of the hotel showed with some areas appearing tired and in need of refreshment.

The room was really cozy and modern, felt like a perfect escape after a day out. Comfy bed, great city view, and everything was spotless. The amenities were nice too—strong water flow in the shower and hot water came fast. But, I wished there was a bit more space for drying towels. Overall, I felt super relaxed in there.
